Overview

Have you ever dreamed of being a factory tycoon? Well, now you can, and all on a tabletop in the comfort of your own home! That's exactly what's on offer in Little Big Workshop, a factory management sim that whisks you away to a world that's as cute as it is immersive. In Little Big Workshop, the only limit is your imagination. From the very start of the game, you’ll be immersed in a cartoon world with round little characters, creating a warm and welcoming vibe. But that's not all. The game's true originality lies in how your factory is designed on a tabletop, as if you were building this world in miniature right there in your home. It's a unique and creative approach that sets Little Big Workshop apart from the other management sims out there. And unlike a lot of sims, Little Big Workshop doesn't follow a predetermined story. It's a real sandbox where every game is a unique adventure. You're given total freedom to design and manage your factory as you see fit. Whether you decide to manufacture toys, furniture, or electronic gadgets, every choice you make influences your factory's success. Let's take the production of wooden chairs as an example. You'll start off by selecting the materials and workstations you need: woodcutting, assembly, drilling, and lastly painting. Each step must be carefully planned to optimise both time and resources. An automated cutting machine might speed up the process, but it's costly to buy and maintain, so you'll need to balance your investments with the income generated by your finished products. Customer orders add an additional layer of challenge: delivering high quality products to deadline in order to maximise your profits and strengthen your business relationships. We liked the depth of the management in Little Big Workshop. The game manages to balance complexity and accessibility, leaving players engrossed in strategic planning without ever feeling overwhelmed. Watching your employees upgrade as they earn experience and grow in effectiveness adds another layer of satisfaction to seeing your factory prosper. So, whether you're a fan of detailed management or a player looking for an outlet for your creativity, Little Big Workshop is sure to be a hit and keep you on the edge of your seat for hours on end.
